Hatha Yoga is the most commonly practiced tradition of yoga. It is an ancient, time tested practice of well being and calm abiding. This class will incorporate yoga principles: centering and relaxation to calm the mind; yoga postures to stretch, strengthen and tone the body; breathing techniques to increase lung capacity, strengthen internal organs and deepen one's ability to relax; and meditation practice as a means to reduce stress and achieve spiritual self-enlightenment. Please bring a mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. This class is appropriate for beginners to advanced practitioners as each person works at his or her own pace.

Have you ever wanted to try Bellydance? Make it a girls' night out with friends to learn this beautiful and joyous dance! You'll be surprised how much you'll learn in this beginner series. Fast & fiery to slow & smooth, this dance includes isolations, figure 8's, flowing hands/arms, a Greek dance and the beautiful Veil Dance - all set to a fantastic mix of world music. Increase flexibility, work all muscles, especially the core, and feel great in this FUN & friendly class! Wear comfortable clothing and thick socks. Veils may be borrowed.

Get ready to move, groove, and rock out in this totally FUN high energy class! This class will get you moving through a variety of music, dance, exercise, and games for maximum fun! Classes will be fun and exciting for all to enjoy. Dance to upbeat music including pop, dance classics, and a few party line dances! Mix it up with games such as limbo, freeze dane, and musical hula-hoops. This class helps develop a healthy lifestyle while increasing self-confidence, boosting energy, and making new friends. Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, and bring a water bottle.

Move, Groove, Dance, Get Fit and have fun! This energizing dance-fitness workout combines easy dance moves with traditional exercises to burn calories and strengthen abs, core, and your lower body. Get funky to a fantastic mix of "old school" dance & party classics to current, Latin & world music. This class is great for all levels; it's easy to catch on! Moves & dances will be explained as needed. Adjust the workout to suit you. We will use therabands for some songs to target bi's & tri's. Includes a segment on mats for core, glutes, & cooldown. Bring a mat; therabands supplied. Wear sneakers and bring water! Dance off calories and get a complete workout in this fun & friendly class!

Do you know the 5 D’s of dodgeball? Come find out in this pick-up dodgeball program! We’ll go over the rules of the game, practice the skills, and run through all the different types of dodgeball. New teams will be made each night.

Open play. New teams formed each night in this fun co-ed pickup program. Sneakers are required. Participants  must register ahead of time for entire season to be eligible to play.

From swinging on a high bar to balance beams, tumbling on mats to leaping into a ball pit - your child is sure to have a blast!

Knucklebones Gymnastics offers a unique twist for your beginning gymnast! Using age appropriate equipment and fun techniques, your child will gain creative and rhythmic movement, flexibility, fundamental gymnastics and gross motor skills. Children will learn gymnastics skills including the beam, high bar, mat routines, and trampolines!

During class, participants will hold postures for moments while using breathing techniques to go deeper for the certain pose. Participants will utilize yoga ‘flow’ to build heat from the inside to the outside of the body. This class is for all ability levels. Participants should be able to stand and sit during mat work. Yoga mat required.

Kids’ Test Kitchen is on a mission to get young aspiring chefs cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients! Each week, we'll work together to prepare fun snacks, entrées, and side dishes whose key ingredients are known to be really good for us! At the end of class your aspiring chef will receive the main ingredient or a sample of the finished dish, and the recipe so that they can show off what they’ve learned! Each session arrives with fresh new recipes and ideas to inspire your healthy eater! Kids have food allergies, but they shouldn’t miss out on the fun. We know allergies and can work around them, making sure that everyone is having fun and staying safe. *Please clearly disclose all food allergies and/or dietary restrictions upon registration.

This workshop discusses maintaining an emergency contact list, telephone and internet safety, fire safety & gas leaks, arriving home safely, and keeping the house key safe. In addition, this workshop will go over door safety & strangers, home security systems, when & how to get help if needed, basic First Aid, and tip for a safe experience being home alone.

This class focuses on imagination and improvisation   utilizing the old favorite drama games, as well as, some brand new ones!  Whether you are a seasoned actor or this is your first drama class, you will have fun and gain confidence by working in teams, building characters, and tapping into your own creative talents. Students will also experiment with music, creative movement, improvisation, fairy tales and theatre games.   Costumes and props provided.

Remember if you shine from within, you'll never need a spotlight! In this drama class, we'll have a blast playing improvisational theatre games, performing short scenes and rocking our group "Acting Challenges." This celebration of imagination and performance art is not only fun, but fosters valuable skills too. These skills, such as: the art of improvisation, confidence, stage  presence, leadership and teamwork are beneficial for success on the stage. But more importantly, these are skills that are essential in life. No need to dream about escaping the ordinary life; in this class, we will discover and celebrate how truly extraordinary we really are! Costumes, scripts and props provided!

Do you know the 5 D’s of dodgeball? Come find out in this pick-up dodgeball program! We’ll go over the rules of the game, practice the skills, and run through all the different types of dodgeball. New teams will be made each night.
 
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM    Adult Volleyball - Winter, Wednesday Evenings
Open play. New teams formed each night in this fun co-ed pickup program. Sneakers are required. Participants  must register ahead of time for entire season to be eligible to play.
 
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM    Drama: Beyond the Spotlight - Winter, Wednesday Evenings
Remember if you shine from within, you'll never need a spotlight! In this drama class, we'll have a blast playing improvisational theatre games, performing short scenes and rocking our group "Acting Challenges." This celebration of imagination and performance art is not only fun, but fosters valuable skills too. These skills, such as: the art of improvisation, confidence, stage  presence, leadership and teamwork are beneficial for success on the stage. But more importantly, these are skills that are essential in life. No need to dream about escaping the ordinary life; in this class, we will discover and celebrate how truly extraordinary we really are! Costumes, scripts and props provided!

6:45 PM - 7:55 PM    Twilight Yoga - Winter, Thursday Evenings
Gain flexibility and strength while relieving stress through yoga! This is a combo of Yin & Yang yoga practices. During class, participants will hold postures for moments while using breathing techniques to go deeper for the certain pose. Participants will utilize yoga ‘flow’ to build heat from the inside to the outside of the body. This class is for all ability levels. Participants should be able to stand and sit during mat work. Yoga mat required.

9:15 AM - 10:30 AM    Hatha Yoga - Winter, Monday Mornings
Hatha Yoga is the most commonly practiced tradition of yoga. It is an ancient, time tested practice of well being and calm abiding. This class will incorporate yoga principles: centering and relaxation to calm the mind; yoga postures to stretch, strengthen and tone the body; breathing techniques to increase lung capacity, strengthen internal organs and deepen one's ability to relax; and meditation practice as a means to reduce stress and achieve spiritual self-enlightenment. Please bring a mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. This class is appropriate for beginners to advanced practitioners as each person works at his or her own pace.
