This shifts your inner chemistry into balance and you will experience a state of peace, tranquility and calm.A Slow Flow class will leave you feeling strong, calm, balanced and grounded in your body; peaceful, tranquil and happy in your mind.About the instructor: Jane Lynch is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga for just over 4 years.
