Beach Rules
Micozzi Beach Rules:
  1. Swimming permitted only during normal hours of operation under lifeguard supervision and within designated swimming area.
  2. Lifeguard instructions must be followed.
  3. All bathers must wear bathing suits and use the bath house for changing. Do not change diapers on the beach or picnic tables.
  4. Only US Coast Guard approved personal floatation devices are permitted. 
  5. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
  6. No inflatable toys, mats, or floats. 
  7. No glass containers.
  8. No alcoholic beverages.
  9. No diving, underwater diving, or snorkeling. 
  10. No animals unless certified service animal. 
  11. No smoking.
  12. Visitors must adhere to all town, state and federal laws. 
  13. Do not enter water with an open sore, skin infection, or contagious disease. 
  14. Any person endangering others, creating a nuisance on or near the beach, or destroying property will be asked to leave. The lifeguards reserve the right to contact Billerica Police Department if necessary.
