10:00 AM - 10:45 AM    Good Ol' Fashion 80's Aerobics - Fall, Saturday Mornings
Remember aerobics classes in the 80’s? Get ready for a similar workout! No headbands or legwarmers required! We will repeat a basic grape vine step and add progressions with light hand weights. The last portion of class focuses on strength training with light weights. You’ll burn calories and have a few laughs to start your weekend! 1-4lb. Weights are recommended.

9:15 AM - 10:30 AM    Hatha Yoga for Beginners - Fall, Monday Mornings
Hatha Yoga is the most commonly practiced tradition of yoga. It is an ancient, time tested practice of well being and calm abiding. This class will incorporate yoga principles: centering and relaxation to calm the mind; yoga postures to stretch, strengthen and tone the body; breathing techniques to increase lung capacity, strengthen internal organs and deepen one's ability to relax; and meditation practice as a means to reduce stress and achieve spiritual self-enlightenment. Please bring a mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. This class is appropriate for beginners to advanced practitioners as each person works at his or her own pace.

Have you ever wanted to try Bellydance? Make it a girls' night out with friends to learn this beautiful and joyous dance! You'll be surprised how much you'll learn in this beginner series. Fast & fiery to slow & smooth, this dance includes isolations, figure 8's, flowing hands/arms, a Greek dance and the beautiful Veil Dance - all set to a fantastic mix of world music. Increase flexibility, work all muscles, especially the core, and feel great in this FUN & friendly class! Wear comfortable clothing and thick socks. Veils may be borrowed.

Get ready to move, groove, and rock out in this totally FUN high energy class! This class will get you moving through a variety of music, dance, exercise, and games for maximum fun! Classes will be fun and exciting for all to enjoy. Dance to upbeat music including pop, dance classics, and a few party line dances! Mix it up with games such as limbo, freeze dane, and musical hula-hoops. This class helps develop a healthy lifestyle while increasing self-confidence, boosting energy, and making new friends. Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, and bring a water bottle.
 
6:35 PM - 7:35 PM    Zumba Workout - Fall, Tuesday Evenings
Move, Groove, Dance, Get Fit and have fun! This energizing dance-fitness workout combines easy dance moves with traditional exercises to burn calories and strengthen abs, core, and your lower body. Get funky to a fantastic mix of "old school" dance & party classics to current, Latin & world music. This class is great for all levels; it's easy to catch on! Moves & dances will be explained as needed. Adjust the workout to suit you. We will use therabands for some songs to target bi's & tri's. Includes a segment on mats for core, glutes, & cooldown. Bring a mat; therabands supplied. Wear sneakers and bring water! Dance off calories and get a complete workout in this fun & friendly class!

9:00 AM - 9:50 AM    Lil' Ninja Warriors - Fall, Thursday Mornings
Does your child love to run, jump, and tumble? Then this "play" on American Ninja Warrior is the perfect class! Each week your child will participate in stretching, obstacles, and games to help gross motor skills, fitness, and fun. From swinging on a high bar to balance beams, tumbling on mats to leaping into a ball pit - your child is sure to have a blast!
 
5:45 PM - 6:40 PM    Yoga Mat Science - Fall, Thursday Evenings
(Formerly Yogalates Stretch & Strengthen). This is a high-intensity, low impact practice of yoga to improve strength & flexibility. The class will combine basic planks, squats, and balance moves to music. Although Mat Science doesn’t require participants to jump or run, it offers a fat burning, low impact workout. This is a yoga class for those who can’t sit still! Yoga mat required. 
 
6:45 PM - 7:55 PM    Twilight Yoga - Fall, Thursday Evenings
Gain flexibility and strength while relieving stress through yoga! This is a combo of Yin & Yang yoga practices. During class, participants will hold postures for moments while using breathing techniques to go deeper for the certain pose. Participants will utilize yoga ‘flow’ to build heat from the inside to the outside of the body. This class is for all ability levels. Participants should be able to stand and sit during mat work. Yoga mat required. 
 
8:00 PM - 9:00 PM    Kickboxing 102 - Fall, Thursday Evenings
NOT YOUR MAMA’S KICKBOXING CLASS!! Participants will burn calories, tone muscles, relieve stress and have fun! Punch, kick, squat, elbow, and knee your way to health and fitness. Train like a fighter with no sparring required! In class, participants use kickboxing equipment (mitts, Thai pads, and kicking shields) & techniques to burn calories and relieve stress. Bag gloves are required.

This workshop discusses interviewing with parents, infant & toddler care (diapering & feeding techniques, creative reading, activities for young children & appropriate snacks), handling bedtime issues, choosing safe & age-appropriate toys and games, basic First Aid (choking, cuts, eye injuries, nosebleeds, etc.) and tips for having a safe babysitting experience.
