Mini Stars - Mini Stars: Session 1 (2 Day)
Registration for this program begins on Wednesday, March 26th 2025.We are excited to bring back our popular preschool summer program: Mini Stars! Our qualified director will lead this group of little ones in arts and crafts, games, water play and circle time in a way that will enhance social skills, allow children to work on decision making, fine and gross motor skills, following directions and engaging with a peer group. NOTES:-Options are for a 2 or 3 day spot, sessions are in 2 week blocks.-This program is based out of the Billerica Recreation Department (248 Boston Rd), but the first Thursday/Friday of every session we will meet at the Manning State Park Picnic Pavilion (39 Chelmsford Rd)! Wear your bathing suit to the program on these special days, as we will be setting aside time to use the splash pad! -We also encourage you to pack bug spray!-Each child should bring a nut-free snack and lunch, and water bottle daily. -Children must be potty trained.*No program Monday, June 23rd or Friday, July 4th.Payment FlexibilityTo assist financially, families have the option to pay a 50% (or higher) deposit at the time of their registration. To do so, during the payment checkout process, please enter the amount you are able to put down that day. Payment must be made in full by June 6th in order to stay registered for this program. It is the families responsibility to log in to their account to make payments when they are able to do so, before the June 6th deadline. *Please note, most summer camps require a two week notice to guarantee a full refund*Inclusion SupportIf your child has diverse abilities, and you think your child would benefit from receiving support in this program from an inclusion specialist, please register for inclusion support, filling out all forms in as much detail as possible. Please note, this registration is not a separate program, but it is your way of asking our department for support services. We will do our best to support as many children as possible on a first come first serve basis.
