Outdoor Boot Camp - Outdoor Boot Camp, April and May OUTDOOR Boot Camp – This High-Energy Full-Body workout will get you ready for Spring!Join Ann as she takes you through a variety of full body cardio and strength drills! Some of the class will be jogging, agility drills, planks, med balls and more! All levels will benefit; however, some level of fitness is recommended. Please Note: *Class is held at Vietnam Veterans Park, Billerica in Light Rain or Shine! Sneakers/mats may get little wet “dew” to the grass. Please bring your own mat!
