D1 Intro to Athletic Performance Training
A dynamic 1-hour workout designed to build strength, boost energy, and improve total-body performance. Each session enhances strength, mobility, balance, and functional fitness through safely coached resistance training and core and conditioning. Participants improve their health and fitness, reduce injury risk, and increase confidence—both in and out of the gym.
This program promotes sustainable health, accountability, and long-term physical transformation. This program is ideal for adults 18-55, without injuries, and ability to run, jump, and be active for 1 hour.
