This class takes place at D1 training in Burlington. It consists of 10 1-hour athletic training sessions that develops power, speed, agility, coordination, rhythm, and balance. Introduces age appropriate and safely supervised weightlifting. Develop self-confidence and increased discipline. Promotes healthy growth through proper muscle, bone, and cardiovascular development.
