Are regular exercise classes not a great fit or move too fast? This adaptive class will include both verbal and visual cues for participants while they set their own pace. With a focus on simple movements we do every day, this class will be a full body workout. Cardio movements, balance, crossing midline, and stretching. With a lot of FUN sprinkled in. Bring your water, a yoga mat and a great attitude.
If there are no spots left please register for the wait list - we may be able to let more people in if we get enough on the wait list.
Instructor Bio:
Dawn Atwood is a fitness enthusiast who has a 22 year old neurodiverse daughter. She has volunteered at Special Olympics for their gymnastic, ski and biking programs. She is excited to share her love of movement.
