Strength & Stretch: Class focus is on strength, flexibility and balance. Preserve and build strength with full body circuit training. Dumbbells and body weight exercises are used to increase overall strength, including core. Increase flexibility with stretches that emphasis proper body alignment and muscle balance. Great for all levels; equipment is provided.

Please bring your own mat!
