Outdoor Boot Camp Class
Outdoor / Indoor Boot Camp – This High-Energy Full-Body class will be held outdoors (weather permitting) during the FALL, and held indoors if raining and for session 2.

This fun circuit style workout will have a variety of full body strength exercises, cardio drills and core training. No experience needed, options are given to benefit all levels!

Please bring your own mat!
