Youth Wrestling
This youth wrestling program, run by Billerica Youth Wrestling in  partnership with the Recreation Department, is open to all boys and girls in grades K through 8.  Our beloved coaches, Coach Darrin, Coach Shawn, Coach Mike, and many more will be returning this season. The focus of our program is to learn the basics and fundamentals of wrestling, build character and self-confidence, and develop the skills to compete at (optional) wrestling tournaments throughout surrounding states. 

This program includes the practice schedule posted online. Tournaments are optional at an additional fee and typically held on Sundays. All tournaments shared with wrestling families will have our coaches there to coach and support our wrestlers on the mat. More information about tournaments will be provided throughout the season. Tournaments are not run through Billerica Recreation. 

At the end of the season, there will be a banquet. More details to come!

-Water
-Wrestling shoes
-Headgear (tournaments only)

ANY REGISTRATIONS AFTER 11/24 ARE NOT GUARANTEED A T-SHIRT.

The program ends in mid-late February. Only wrestlers continuing on to the larger New England tournaments will be able to attend the practices in March.
