Slow Flow Yoga
In a Slow flow class you will be guided through each asana slowly and mindfully. Even the transitions between the poses become like a graceful dance. This slow, deliberate practice will build a stronger body while filling you with a sense of freedom as you flow your way into a blissful state. You will learn how to deepen your breath and how to use your breath to anchor and ground your body, move energy and bring you to the very centre of the present moment.

When you take time and slow down, you tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, your mind slows down, your muscles become supple and your breath deepens. This shifts your inner chemistry into balance and you will experience a state of peace, tranquility and calm.

A Slow Flow class will leave you feeling strong, calm, balanced and grounded in your body; peaceful, tranquil and happy in your mind.

About the instructor: Jane Lynch is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga for just over 4 years. Her belief is that yoga is a personal journey for each one of us, and it should be  easily accessible to every “Body”.  Jane personally likes the slow flow type yoga where you can integrate your mind- body and breath during these practices.
