Baby & Caregiver Yoga

Tuesdays, 11-11:45 am, 1/11/22 - 2/15/22 (6 classes, no skip dates)
Ages 6 weeks old to pre-crawling, with a caregiver
$80 per child/caregiver pair
Are you a parent or caregiver of a baby older than 6 weeks and not yet crawling looking for an in person class that:




  • gives you time to gently stretch and take some deep breaths


  • teaches you a variety of movements and activities you can use daily supporting development for baby


  • provides an opportunity to meet other families and connect as a community


  • gives you one on one time to bond with your little one




If so, this 6 week class is the perfect opportunity for you and the little one in your life! Dress in comfortable clothing, bring a blanket for baby, a yoga mat and small toy for class! No previous yoga experience is needed.
