A 6-week guided stretching and mindfulness-building program for tweens. Each week has a theme with stretches and breathing techniques that coincide with the following themes: peacefulness, mindfulness, gratitude, joyfulness, decluttering, and connection. Nutrition aspects and tips will also be included in this program.
