Simplified Weight Management for Women is an 8-week coach-guided program designed for women to equip them with strategies for a healthier menopause transition. If you are a woman who can't seem to find time for self-care; would like to eat healthier; need to add more activity to your life; feel stress, experience brain fog, have gained weight - then this program is for you.  Healthy habits are based on the four life areas where women often need the most support:  1) Time Planning/Goal Setting; 2) Nutrition Design; 3) Activity Formula; 4) Stress Management.  Set yourself up for a smoother menopause transition!
