Move, Groove, Dance, Get Fit and have fun! This energizing dance-fitness workout combines easy dance moves with traditional exercises to burn calories and strengthen abs, core, and your lower body. Get funky to a fantastic mix of "old school" dance & party classics to current, Latin & world music. This class is great for all levels; it's easy to catch on! Moves & dances will be explained as needed. Adjust the workout to suit you. We will use therabands for some songs to target bi's & tri's. Includes a segment on mats for core, glutes, & cooldown. Bring a mat; therabands supplied. Wear sneakers and bring water! Dance off calories and get a complete workout in this fun & friendly class!
