Move, Groove, Dance, be Fit & Have FUN! Get funky to a fantastic mix of dance classics to current plus plenty of 90’s, 80’s, plus latin, Bollywood, Irish & more! It’s easy to catch on; adjust the workout to suit you. Optional: Bring your therabands or light hand-held weights to use for a couple songs to target bi’s & tri’s. Best are sneakers without much tread. Beginners & all fitness levels welcome! Dance off calories in this FUN & friendly class!
**Since this class will be indoors, masks will be required at all times while in the building. Participants will be spaced apart in accordance with current CDC guidelines.
