Hatha Yoga Register View Cart

Start your day off with yoga, when you’ll stretch, tone, and strengthen your body with traditional yoga sequences.  Also, discover fluid Qigong/TaiChi movements, relaxing yin poses, and awaken Kundalini energy through gentle exercises.  Soothe your body, mind, and soul with mindful breathing and meditation for a feeling of overall peace and well-being.  Suitable for all levels of practitioners.  Bring along a mat, blanket, and water.

*Participants will be spaced out in accordance with current COVID-19 guidelines. Since this program is indoors, masks will be required for the instructor and participants for the duration of each class.
