Remember aerobics classes in the 80’s? Get ready for a similar workout! No headbands or legwarmers required, this class is for everyone! This class will repeat a basic grape vine step and add progressions as the class continues for the first half hour. The last portion of class focuses on strength training with light weights. Participants bring: 2 sets of weights (1-6lbs), Great for participants new to exercising or participants that may have been away for a workout for a while. You’ll burn calories and have a few laughs to start your weekend!
