NOT YOUR MAMA'S KICKBOXING CLASS!!! In Kickboxing 102, participants will burn calories, tone muscles, relieve stress and have fun! Punch and squat, kick and squat, jump rope and squat, plank and squat, bridge, lunge, elbow and knee your way to health and fitness.  This class is based on interval training which is an effective method for improving fitness in a short time. Participants must have: bag gloves, light hand weights and a yoga mat.
