NOT YOUR MAMA’S KICKBOXING CLASS!! Participants will burn calories, tone muscles, relieve stress and have fun! Punch, kick, squat, elbow, and knee your way to health and fitness. Train like a fighter with no sparring required! In class, participants use kickboxing equipment (mitts, Thai pads, and kicking shields) & techniques to burn calories and relieve stress. Bag gloves are required.
