Formerly Piyo Yoga. This is a high-intensity, low impact (no bouncing or running) form of yoga to improve strength and flexibility. This class combines the muscle sculpting of a pilates workout with the strength and flexibility benefits of a yoga class. Yogalates doesn’t require participants to jump or run but it will give participants a fat burning, low impact workout. This class is for people who can’t sit still!
