Lil' Karate is a great way for students to become physically fit and have fun while learning the basics of karate and improving flexibility. Not only will the students learn karate, but they will also get the benefits of discipline, focus, confidence, self-esteem and respect toward each other and their instructor. Lessons include: Stranger-Danger, Pad Punching, Pad Kicking, 15 Counts, and Blocking.
