Intro to Guitar
A 6 week long group guitar lesson designed for people of all ages; offering you or your child an in-depth introduction to the guitar. In this program you'll start from scratch and learn how to hold the guitar, how to play the guitar, how to maintain it and keep it in tune, you'll learn basic chords, proper strumming and picking technique, foundational music theory concepts,  and at the end of the program you'll be able to play through a popular song with a group of your peers. 

Program requirements
For the group lesson you will need to bring your own guitar, either acoustic or electric. If you have an electric guitar then you will need to bring your own practice amp with a headphone jack and headphones in order to take part in the lessons. No instruments, amplifiers, or headphones will be provided by Rhythm & Strings.
