Adaptive Dance
Join our adaptive dance instructor, Carly, for our newest program offering for adults with disabilities. During the class participants would learn choreography to songs, which would be built upon in following sessions. This co-ed class would provide a safe and welcoming environment for people who want to try dance for the first time or someone who has loved dancing for years!

If you have not yet completed an intake assessment and conversation with our TR Coordinator for other programming, it is required prior to initial participation.
