This dynamic class is designed to improve your overall fitness whether you’re a beginner in aerobics or more advanced. While the majority of the program will work on your aerobic system, ti will also include strength training using your own body weight, as well as enhance flexibility. Please bring your own mat and prepared to sweat and have fun!
