Mindfulness meditation helps develop the skill of being attentive in the present moment to our inner and outer experiences with acceptance, patience, and compassion. We can learn to live more fully and less on autopilot—thus being more present in our lives. Regular meditation practice can help with stress and anxiety, improve interpersonal relationships, and cultivate concentration and mental sharpness while also develop greater ease and calm. Each class we will learn concepts and techniques, practice meditation together, and create a safe and supportive environment for discussing our experiences. Chairs are provided, we only ask you bring your curiosity!
