The TRX System was developed by a former U.S. Navy Seal, and is a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes your body against gravity. The suspension trainer is designed for both men and women, beginner to advanced, and can withstand up to 350lbs. The class is designed for the absolute beginner to intermediate, and will be 30 minutes of fun! If you’ve never tried TRX Suspension before, this is the perfect time to learn!
