This class is a fusion, a joining together of the ancient tradition of yoga and the western practice of Pilates. The class will combine the yogic focus on enhanced mind body awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance with Pilates technique to improve posture and create a strong core body. The class will include yogic breathing techniques with meditation and relaxation. It is an all levels class. Please bring a mat and a towel or small blanket.
