Strong by Zumba is a high intensity-interval training program designed to torch, tone and train your body to a beat. This is a HITT program with roots in Martial Arts training for a total body workout led by music. Using your body weight, you’ll train to the beat as muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves help you burn calories and tone your abs, arms, legs and glutes. Although the class is considered a high intensity workout, modification will be made so all participants can benefit. Yoga mat required.
