Dancing is one of the most enjoyable ways to get moving. Regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and more! This class will get you moving, meeting new people, and getting the benefits of a great workout. Line dances are choreographed dances performed in unison by a group of people in rows. This class is for anybody! From day one, enjoy dances like country, Irish, Latin, and pop. Wear comfortable clothes and bring sneakers.
