Using HIIT principles combined with Tabata based resistance training, you will be provided the tools to increase your strength and endurance with focused, directed workouts in a supportive group setting. Modifications will be offered for those new to the program or returning to exercise after injury.Participants of all fitness levels are encouraged to come and join!
