Gain flexibility and strength while relieving stress through yoga! This is a combo of Yin & Yang yoga practices. During class, participants will hold postures for moments while using breathing techniques to go deeper for the certain pose. Participants will utilize yoga ‘flow’ to build heat from the inside to the outside of the body. This class is for all ability levels. Participants should be able to stand and sit during mat work. Yoga mat required.
