(Formerly Yogalates Stretch & Strengthen). This is a high-intensity, low impact practice of yoga to improve strength & flexibility. The class will combine basic planks, squats, and balance moves to music. Although Mat Science doesn’t require participants to jump or run, it offers a fat burning, low impact workout. This is a yoga class for those who can’t sit still! Yoga mat required.
